隨著全球大環境愈趨複雜及充滿不穩定因素，世界各地的社群都努力求變，以應對可持續發展挑戰。除了培育社會創業及創新方案外，發展及鞏固支援創新點子擴展成具社會影響力的配套，如拓展支援平台、鼓勵知識交流尤其重要。過去十年，世界各地均出現不少致力於促進社企擴展和發揮社會效益的方案，例如冒起的公益創投、大量湧現的影響力投資計劃、特許經營於社會領域上的應用。有見及此，由滙豐銀行慈善基金 The Hongkong Bank Foundation 支持的「滙創永續」計劃將舉行以「開拓社創擴展方案．推動韌性社區發展」為題的論壇，邀請嘉賓分享他們對擴展社會創業的經驗，並展望應如何完善支援社會創業擴展的配套，一同構想支援社創擴大影響力的方案。
此論壇亦為本計劃的閉幕活動。為慶祝計劃成功培育其「永續先鋒」，我們會於場外舉辦「滙創永續先鋒收成展」，展示他們的項目成果。論壇參加者將有機會免費參與由培育項目所舉辦的工作坊並獲贈他們的產品作為紀念品。

【Building the “Scale Infrastructure”for Social Innovation and Community Resilience
Open Forum cum Project Showcase】
As the world is getting more and more complex and uncertain, communities around the globe are struggling to pursue transformational changes in meeting various sustainability challenges. Apart from nurturing social entrepreneurship and innovative solutions, developing and strengthening the “scale infrastructure” that helps scale up innovative ideas into social impact is of major importance. Over the past decade, there have been significant efforts worldwide to develop and enhance the “scale infrastructure”, as manifested in the emergence of venture philanthropy, the proliferation of impact investment programmes, and social sector franchising. Hence, the Social Innovations for Sustainable Communities Programme supported by @The Hongkong Bank Foundation, will host an Open Forum themed ‘Building the “Scale Infrastructure” for Social Innovation and Community Resilience’, with aims to bring insights from experiences of scaling social innovation in Hong Kong, and to explore strategies for further enhancing the scale infrastructure.
As a closing event of the Programme, Project Showcase will be held to celebrate our successful incubation of Sustainability Catalyzers by exhibiting their works and products. Participants will receive their products as souvenirs and have a chance to join the Immersion Workshops organized by the teams.
